Yes, you may request a doctor of your choice. We will endeavor to accommodate your request once
we confirm your Health concern matches that doctors’ specialty.

We accept most major credit/debit cards (Amex is not supported). We do not accept Cash payments.

No, we do not have any direct billing arrangement with insurance providers. We do welcome all guests with private insurance, and we will provide you with all relevant documentation to enable you to self-claim from your insurance provider. We recommend you check with your insurance provider regarding your particular benefit policy.

Please contact us for current outpatient appointment consultation charges. We are unable to provide estimates for treatments and/or procedures until you have seen our doctor and a specific breakdown of your recommended management plan has been provided.
