Samar Younes is an experienced nursing professional with over 20 years of dedicated service in the field of orthopedic surgical care. Holding both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in nursing. She has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and professional development.

Samar began their nursing career in Lebanon, after that moved to Qatar, where she gained valuable hands-on experience and built a strong foundation in surgical nursing. Over the years, she has specialized in orthopedic surgery, becoming a key figure in surgical team coordination, perioperative management, and post-operative recovery. Her leadership, clinical expertise, and mentoring abilities have played an essential role in elevating patient outcomes in the surgical department and supporting her colleagues in their professional role.

As a nursing supervisor, Samar excels in managing complex surgical workflows, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and implementing evidence-based practices to ensure the highest standards of care.
