Received by Dr. Philip Landreau, Chief of Surgery at Aspetar, HE the Ambassador attended a briefing about the services the hospital provides for athletes and a tour of some Aspetar’s facilities such as the Rehabilitation Centre and Fitness Area, the Altitude rooms, in addition to the Sport Science and the Athlete Screening departments.

About the visit, HE the Ambassador, Franck Gellet, said:

Aspetar is one of the first facilities I visited in Qatar after arriving in the country. I must say I was impressed with the high quality of the facility. So, I believe it’s a matter of great pride for Qatar. I understand there are athletes from many countries, including France. For that, I’d like to thank this prestigious organisation for helping French athletes to perform at their best.
