The Aspetar Sports Medicine Journal is a print and online publication that bridges the gap between traditional scientific journal and magazine. In it, we present a multidisciplinary approach to athlete care with topics including sports science, sports medicine, sports surgery, sports rehabilitation and sports radiology.

Launched in April 2012, the Aspetar Sports Medicine Journal is published by Aspetar – Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital (www.aspetar.com), where athletes are provided with the highest possible medical treatment for sports-related injuries in a state-of-the-art facility, staffed by some of the world’s leading sports medicine practitioners and researchers.

Unfortunately we are no longer taking subscriptions for the printed journal. However, all of our content is available for free on this website.

Due to the unique nature of our published content, we do not accept completed papers that have not been commissioned. If you think you have an idea for a must-read paper that would fit our Journal, email journal@aspetar.com. We'll then chat to you about your idea and if we like it, we’ll send through our Author Guidelines.
