Following surgery, the young forward arrived at Aspetar to begin his rehabilitation. In this exclusive interview, Ramos discusses his recovery process, his experience at the world- renowned facility, and his message to the fans awaiting his return to the pitch. Gonçalo, welcome to Qatar and Aspetar. First, how do you feel after your surgery? Thank you so much. I'm feeling great. I've never had surgery before, and everything is going very well. I'm already feeling good with no pain, so I think that's a good sign. Can you tell us a little bit about your program here at Aspetar? I started with some physio and strength exercises for my legs to work around the injury and keep them strong. Now I'm doing cardio and upper-body strength work. The goal is to come back to the pitch feeling good and to keep improving every day. What has your experience been like with the staff and facilities here? It's amazing. Everyone here works so well; they are truly five-star. I have nothing but good things to say. It's unbelievable. Do you have a message for your fans at PSG and in Portugal?
