My passion for football started in first grade at school, where I used to play as a striker and always enjoyed scoring goals. My physical education teacher constantly encouraged me and told me that I was a talented player, often asking why I didn’t join a club. At that stage, I started to feel that I had the ability to become a football player. Later, I remember an important moment in my youth career when I was playing in the second division with Mesaimeer. We faced first-division teams such as Al Sadd, Al Gharafa, and Al Rayyan. In one semifinal match against Al Sadd, we were 2–0 down in the first half. In the second half, I felt I could help the team. By the grace of God, I scored two goals, and we came back into the match and Interview conducted by: Aisha Almohannadi went to penalties. At that moment, I realised I had the ability to reach a higher level. Calm, focused, and driven by discipline, Almoez Ali has built his journey through consistency, hard work, and a clear understanding of what it takes to perform at the highest level.
