The CAE can be completed before or after training; however, performing it at the end of training sessions is recommended to improve adherence and reduce concerns about fatigue affecting performance. The Key to Success: Compliance The CAE reduces groin injuries only when performed consistently and correctly. To improve compliance: • Educate players and coaches about its benefits • Perform exercises in pairs to increase engagement • Integrate the exercise into regular team routines • Create a positive team culture around prevention • Engage strength and condi t ioning staff in implementation Fewer groin injuries mean greater player availability and improved team performance.
