Recruitment Process

Aspetar would like to thank you for your interest in working with us, and for taking the time to submit your resume.

If your experience and qualifications meet the requirements of the open position you have applied for, and if you are considered a viable candidate for the role, the Human Resources Department at Aspetar will forward your resume to the relevant department for feedback.

Should the department requesting the position request you attend an interview, a member of the Recruitment Department at Aspetar will contact you to suggest a time and date for the interview.

If you are successful in your application and are offered a position with Aspetar, you will receive an official offer letter from Human Resources. Once the offer letter and contract are signed, there are certain requirements you must adhere to and complete whilst the recruitment process is underway.

Below is a summary of the documentation you will be required to provide for your application to be approved.

International Hire

  • Education and Medical Certificates are to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the Qatar Embassy in your home country. Copies must be submitted to the Recruitment Department at Aspetar.
  • A police / security check from your home country must be sought and submitted to the Recruitment Department at Aspetar.
  • 8 colour passport photographs that meet the required standards must be submitted, along with a soft copy of the photo.

Local (Qatar) Hire

  • Education and Medical Certificates are to be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and your home country’s embassy in Qatar. Copies must be submitted to the Recruitment Department at Aspetar.
  • A police / security clearance should be obtained from your home country for Qatar CID. Copies must be submitted to the Recruitment Department at Aspetar.
  • 8 colour passport photographs that meet the required standards must be submitted, along with a soft copy of the photo.

Qatari National Hire

  • Education and medical certificates must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Qatar if your university is international and not a local Qatari university.
  • 8 colour passport photographs that meet the required standards must be submitted, along with a soft copy of the photo.
