The evening will consist of two 15-20 min informal presentations followed by Q&A’s

Overview
Running fast is a complicated process. The questions we get when we advise our clients are “will it make me faster” and “will I get injured”. This session looks to directly tackle some of these questions and give the audience some simple take home messages to make decisions on their training and shoe selection choices.

Running efficiency is a combination of both physiological and biomechanical factors. This session will look to consider how it is possible to improve running efficiency. It will include establishing awareness on common terminology used and how simple tools could help improve running performance.

Session 2: Shoe selection: Can technology reduce injury and make you faster?
