7th Aspetar World Radiography Day Symposium

It has become a tradition at Aspetar to celebrate World Radiography Day, so for the 7th year the Radiology Department will be hosting their annual symposium in honour of this.

Accreditation Statement The activity ‘HGI-03-P29: 7th  Aspetar World Radiography Day Symposium’ is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Category 1) as defined by the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners - Accreditation Department and is approved for a maximum of 7.25 hours.   Target audience The target audience for this symposium includes the medical and healthcare professions of: Radiographers/Radiology Technicians, Radiologists, Radiology students in Qatar, Nurses, Physicians, Pharmacists, Dentists, Dental Hygienists/Assistants, Physiotherapists, Exercise/Sports Scientists, Laboratory Technician and Allied Health Practitioners.   Learning objectives On completion of this event participants should be able to: Identify and Apply interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient care Recall medical imaging techniques utilised in musculoskeletal medicine Recognise the importance of physics and instrumentation in medical imaging investigations Describe pathologies investigated in Sports medicine
