ISAKOS Symposium & Workshop Series Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Master Class in Collaboration with Aspetar

We are proud to announce that in collaboration with ISAKOS (International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery) and ESSKA (European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy),  Aspetar, member of Aspire Zone Foundation, is hosting the very first Sports Surgery Training Centre course, an Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Master Cadaveric Class, from 13th – 15th October 2016.

This course will gather leading experts in orthopaedic surgery from around the world, and in line with our strategic objective to ‘provide world best integrated medical education and training’ will contribute to the Aspetar Vision ‘to be a global leader in sports medicine and exercise science by 2020.’

We hope this course will be the first of many more to come.

Course Description

This meeting will focus on the latest knee and shoulder surgical techniques in orthopedic and sports medicine. It will last three days: two days of cadaveric training course in the Sports Surgery Training Center and one additional day of lectures provided by high level experts.

This educational meeting will provide attendees with the following opportunities:

  • Learn and train during the cadaveric training course with the latest techniques in knee sports surgery and knee arthroplasty during the first day in the Sports Surgery Training Center.
  • Learn the latest surgical techniques during the lectures which will cover most challenging tips and tricks of sports surgery during the second day.
  • Learn and train during the cadaveric training course with the latest techniques in shoulder sports surgery during the third day in the Sports Surgery Training Center.
